Cashew Caesar Dressing

  • Blender


  • 1/2 C raw cashews
  • 1/2 C hot water
  • 2 tsp country Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • fresh cracked black pepper


  • Soak cashews in 1/2 cup of hot water. Let sit for 10 mins
  • After 10 mins, do not drain water just add in the rest of the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth!
  • The dressing may thicken in the fridge so sometimes I'll add in a 1-2 tablespoons of water when using it during the week.
